A regular meeting of the NAB ASD Presidium was held.

1. Scientific supervisor of the Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering of Tula Shipunov Arkady Georgiyevich, General Designer of the air defense missile system “Pantsyr-C”, Hero of Socialist Labor, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Engineering Science, professor, was unanimously elected as a new member of the NAB ASD Presidium.

2. Upon the application and in connection with the heavy workload at the principal place of business Kolganov S.K. was released from the position of the NAB ASD Executive director, and Simonov V.N was elected as the Executive director of NAB ASD.

3. Upon the application and in connection with the dismissal Kalevatyh A.V. was released from the position of the NAB ASD Academic Secretary, and Kosyak I.V was elected as the NAB ASD Academic Secretary.

4. The report of chief of the department of “2 Central Research Institute of the Russia’s Ministry of Defense” Kalinin Alexander Gennadyevich “The results of the implementation of the research project “Medalier” and the prospects of ASD development” was heard and discussed.  Based on the results of the implementation of the research project “Medalier” and the results of the previous R&D works on the development of the ASD instruments, NAB ASD believes it necessary to set a task to provide system development project for creation of the aerospace defense system.

The Board judges it expedient to conduct the development of the law “On the aerospace defense” and to provide its approval in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
