A regular meeting of the Presidium of Non-Departmental Advisory Board on Aerospace Defense (NAB ASD) was held.

The Presidium headed by Chairman of NAB ASD I.R. Ashurbeyli approved the principal directions of the activity for the Advisory Board:

• Geopolitics, threats and dangers for the national security of the Russian Federation from the aerospace zone. International and Russian regulatory and legal framework for the construction of RF ASD.

• Development of military capability of RF ASD system. The forms and methods of warfare in the aerospace zone.

• Armament plan of RF ASD system. Modernization of the defense industry to meet the challenges of creating RF ASD system.

• Military-economic expert analysis and pricing of weapons and military equipment for RF ASD.

Besides, 29 new members - both military and civilian experts in ASD with Ph.D. -   were co-opted to the Board.
