The agreement stipulates for joining forces in the development of scientifically based standpoints, mutual assistance to sustainable development of the Russian Federation military-industrial complex, aimed at creating high-performance aerospace defense system of the country. Besides, it should provide the introduction of high technologies and production of competitive high-tech products for new innovation projects.
