The Chairman of the Presidium of Non-Departmental Advisory Board on Aerospace Defense (NAB ASD), I.R. Ashurbeyli, and V.N. Ryzhonkov, the head of the Military Academy of Aerospace Defense named after Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Zhukov, signed an agreement on cooperation and collaboration. According to the agreement the Parties will provide mutual assistance in organization and conducting the activities aimed at the development of the RF Armed Forces and the military-industrial complex of the country, will support training of qualified specialists in order to create a highly efficient system of aerospace defense in  Russia (ASD RF). The same agreement will allow consolidating activities in the process of fundamental, basic and applied researches in the field of improving the methods and forms of warfare, including the development of the theory of building the ASD systems.
